Enter the BecoPotty eco-friendly baby potty trainer. Part of a new wave of biodegradable plastics, these pottys will last for years in your home, but will start to break down in your garden or compost. They’re made of waste plant material – 80% rice husks and bamboo specifically.

Not only are plant-based plastics easier on the environment once discarded, but growth of the source plants is renewable and sustainable. The final ingredient is a resin created from amino acids which begins to break down once it’s exposed to warm, damp conditions, or when buried in the ground.
